Questions, answered plainly

No fine print hidden in the rack.

How the fee, the automation, the data boundaries, and the free assessment actually work.

01

How does the flat fee work?

One monthly rate per managed system — an LPAR, VM, VIOS instance, or the frame itself. There is one service level, and the per-system rate steps down as the estate grows. We quote it from what we learn in your assessment; there are no public dollar figures or hourly surprises.

02

Why would a flat fee make you work harder, not less?

Because prevention becomes our margin. Every issue we stop and every routine task we automate creates room for us and uptime for you. Skipping the fundamentals costs us, not you, so both sides pull in the same direction.

03

Where does our data go?

Operational data stays in your environment on a hardened, local-first appliance. Connections are outbound-only, data is scrubbed before anything is stored outside the source system, and session recordings remain on the appliance in your environment.

04

Do you send our data to a third-party AI?

Not without your written consent. Analysis runs on models we operate. AI proposes; deterministic runbooks act; a named engineer decides and owns every change.

05

What is AIXray?

AIXray is our open, read-only assessment engine: nearly 100 checks across 9 categories, scored red, amber, green in plain English. You can inspect the code before it runs, and you keep the report.

06

What does the free assessment include, and what's the catch?

Download AIXray and run it yourself — free, open source, no email and no form. The report is yours, there is no obligation, and if everything is green we will say so. If you would rather start by talking to someone, book twenty minutes with Tanner; if that turns into something, one of our engineers walks your findings with you from there.

07

What happens if we leave — or you do?

Everything documented about your environment is yours: runbooks, history, reports, and the per-system record. A successor should be able to take over with a complete picture. We compete on the work, not switching costs.

08

Do you replace IBM support?

No. PowerTrue is a Silver IBM Business Partner and the operational layer on a properly supported platform. Hardware, firmware, and vendor-software support remain separate; we handle the day-to-day operating discipline and coordinate the evidence and escalation when vendor support is needed.
